FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to common questions before quoting 3D printing, CAD, or scanning work.
What should you prepare before asking?
For a quick quote, prepare a 3D file, photo, dimensioned sketch, or description of how the part will be used.
If you do not have documentation, we can still help through CAD modeling or 3D scanning.
Before production starts, we clarify operating conditions, choose a realistic manufacturing path, and align expected results for lead time, accuracy, and budget. This reduces unnecessary iterations and helps deliver a part that is ready for practical use right after delivery.
Questions
- 3D printing cost
- lead time
- CAD from scratch
- files for quote
- material selection
How much does 3D printing cost?
The price is calculated individually. It depends on part mass, machine time, and selected material. The minimum order value is 50 PLN.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 1 to 3 business days depending on technology, geometry, and current workload.
Can you design a part from scratch?
Yes. We can prepare CAD from a sketch, photo, dimensions, or a damaged part.
Which files are best for a quote?
STL, STEP, STP, OBJ, or 3MF files are best. If no model exists, send a photo or dimensioned sketch.
Do you help choose material and technology?
Yes. We advise whether FDM or SLA is better and which material fits heat, load, and accuracy requirements.
